The Worship Director leads Tapestry’s Sunday worship and builds the volunteer team that makes it happen. This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) reporting directly to the Lead Pastor. The right candidate brings strong musical instincts, confident rehearsal leadership, and the relational warmth to develop a healthy, committed worship team. Administrative competence is just as important as musical gifting. We need someone who brings order, not just inspiration.
