Converge offers mutual encouragement, support, and accountability to pastors through regularly scheduled, regional gatherings. We believe that our churches are stronger when our pastors have solid relationships with one another.
Coaching.
Part of our overall Converge vision is that every pastor would have a coach and be a coach! We are training pastors to serve as coaches to assist one another to navigate leadership challenges, develop new skills, and achieve goals.
Pastoral Placement.
Whenever a church experiences a leadership transition, Converge will assist the search committee in the process of finding a new pastor. We have a proven system that makes it easier for congregations to find a pastor that is the best fit for their church.
Pension and Retirement Plans.
Converge has a terrific pension and defined contribution plan that is available for pastors and staff members.
Leadership Development.
Pastors are encouraged to invest in the next generation of pastors, church planters, and missionaries. We are developing a seminary scholarship fund and residency programs, and we can assist churches with the ordination process for new ministers.
Professional Development.
Converge holds regular conferences, retreats, and seminars for church leaders to stay encouraged and develop their ministry skills.
Compass.
This intensive time uses effective tools to enable pastors and their spouses to better listen to the Holy Spirit through a self-assessment of personal, relational, and ministry lives. Pastors and their spouses walk away from Compass with a personalized, self-developed guide to help them eliminate barriers, build a framework to move forward, and increase fruitfulness in ministry.
